Upon notification of alarms being triggered from a third-party alarm monitoring company, we will dispatch a mobile patrol officer straight away for the site to investigate and the outcome will be reported to the designated client.

What to Expect
When premises are contracted, First priority response manager will survey and discuss various options such as having internal access to the premises and then arranging site key and installing key safe(s), a site plan with alarm zones so a mobile patrol officer can assess the area thoroughly and report the finding. If any criminal activity is detected the client will be notified by our 24/7 response centre and further action will be discussed
What’s Included
First Priority Response fleets are fully printed with warning signage and are fitted with a live GPS real-time tracking system.
All security officers are equipped with a body cam (optional) and guard tour app on their mobile phones.
All findings will be reported along with the photos to the client.
If required security officer will be a station at the premises on client instruction.
